Book Review: Reunited in Love by Nadia Lee -Empress DJ

Title: Reunited in Love

Author: Nadia Lee

Genre: Contemporary Romance

Synopsis:

Newly jobless and adrift, former investment banker Kerri Wilson travels to Virginia to see her best friend and regroup, only to run into billionaire playboy Ethan Lloyd. It's been years since she's snuck out of his bed after the most amazing sex of her life, and he's so not her type -- she likes them tall, dark and manageable. But he's too hot to resist, and she succumbs to another sizzling, no-strings-attached (or so she thinks) night.

Unwilling to let her go this time, Ethan makes a simple proposition: a job, a place to stay, and an exclusive affair that will end when either of them finds someone else. But with her dark, painful past catching up to her, Kerri may have to bolt again -- even though her heart is telling her to stay. And Ethan's not giving her up without fighting to make their "temporary" arrangement something far more permanent...

Favorite Quotes:

“He turned around and the world seemed to go into slow motion.  She noticed a small black earpiece, eyelashes whose length made her slightly jealous… and then a face that could cause a riot in a nunnery.”

My Review:

I have found THE perfect man, so perfect in every way.  Of course he isn’t real, which makes him even more perfect, as nothing can ever happen to burst my love bubble.  Oh Ethan – I feel in love with him rather quickly.  He is rich, he is patient, he is kind, handsome, well built, can cook, dresses well, has his own jet, is thoughtful, employed, generous, oh so skilled, and has enough stamina to make a girl “scream his name five times” in one night.  Where else could we find such a man but in the pages of a book!?!  Ms. Lee has created another entertaining and well written offering that picks up when Vengeful in Love left off, but this time the story focuses on different characters that had small roles in Vengeful.  I find that I really like this idea.  The books can stand alone, and although they continue on with the first story, there are no nasty cliffhangers to annoy me.    And did I mention they are steamy – oh yes!  Velvety smooth, and very nicely done Ms. Lee.  I am primed and ready to dive into the next one.
