My Review:
Second chances don’t come around often yet this couple
frittered away their second chance but thankfully they heeded the third, and
the difference echoed throughout their family and friends. Written in my favorite dual POV, the
engaging storylines were well-paced, atomically sexy, easy to follow, and full
of feels. The premise was original and interesting
and the mature yet vibrant characters were endearing and inspiring human
beings. I adored Brut’s kind and caring
manner, inventive games, creative use of scrabble tiles, and the supportive and
sweet relationship he was determined to forge with his Lily Pad, even if it
took him over twenty-two years to get it right.
