My Review:
Katy Regnery is responsible for the possible creation of a large bruise on my coronary muscle today from the vise-like grip I endured while reading her latest engrossing, creative, and heart-squeezing novel of It’s You. Oddly enough, the sweetest and kindest character of the book was the romantic and gentle alpha-male of Jack - who just happened to be a smart and sexy werewolf, and I am unashamed to admit that I totally adored him. The tale was packed with clever threads and unexpected yet highly imaginative plot twists. This delightful and refreshing foray into paranormal romance was far afield of my typical genre, but I learned long ago that Ms. Regnery was a sure thing. Her writing never fails to entertain and smacks of heart, insightful observations and intense emotion, yet her work always seems to have an intriguing and alluring fluidity that is at once easy to follow and nearly impossible to put down. If she were ever to start a cult, I would most likely be one of her first disciples and would drink her Kool-Aid any day. More please!
