Maybe my experience with Remi and how things went down was a life lesson of some sort.  Though I’ve yet to figure out just what the hell I was supposed to learn from it.

My Review:

Remi’s Choice presented me with a conundrum.  Remi was between the proverbial rock and hard place – with no way to avoid anguish and disappointment to several people.  Yes - there was cheating in the book, which I felt conflicted about, and the characters were conflicted about, but the duplicity was oddly understandable.  The writing was tight, emotive, sensual, engrossing, heart squeezing, and angsty.  It was well plotted and written in my favorite form of multiple points of view.  I generally do not enjoy feeling son edge while reading, but I could not put this one down once I started.  Amanda Wylde is a pen name for an established author – I earnestly wish I knew who he/she was, as I want to peruse their previous listings as well.  More, please!
