Can we take a moment to appreciate the man on this cover? I know you only get to see his face, but it's a very attractive face. That is the main reason I grabbed this book, even though I usually dislike the whole beard thing. Some men can pull it off.
Now that I've talked about the cover. LUMBERJACK! LOL! Let's take a turn out of the dark romance for a while and enjoy this sweet contemporary romance with a HEA and no cliffhanger in sight. John is sexy as hell! I would recommend this book to all those that like the sweet sappy romances, or if you like lumberjacks.
Yes, John was a bit of a playboy. But you know what they say when the right woman comes along.... (I'll let you finish that.) Diane has been bitten and hurt before, so she is out on her own. Trying to get back to herself, but she didn't expect to fall for the neighbor next door. The two need to learn how to put their differences aside if they both wish to be happy.
I enjoyed this book so much, plus it's currently free. I am going to make John one of my BBFs. The author does a great job with detail and explaining emotions in this book.
Can I read the next book in this series? I just might keep an eye out to see what other books we have in-store for you.
