My Review:

A somewhat lackluster volume compared to the first 2 in the series, and with more angst and non-communication between the main characters than anything else.   Although they did get it worked out with a happy conclusion, but all in all, this installment seemed a bit flat.

My Review:

 Lots of things are going on in this volume, which is more suspenseful and dramatic, with just a few sensual scenes to keep the drool level up.  The story continues to hold my interest and I am anxious for the final installment.  I generally don’t follow series novellas, but this one is moving along well, and the installments are coming quickly enough that I may not forget all the important details before the conclusion, which is always the gamble, for me at least.  Bring it on.

My Review:

This is my first time reading Missy Johnson, but it won’t be my last.  I enjoyed it from beginning to end.  An easy read, entertaining, funny, and smokin’ hot.  I try to avoid series books as I get annoyed with cliffhangers – and this one is a doozy – but damn, I am already hooked.  I must know what happens next!  I hope I am paying attention when part 2 comes out.
